Analysis and reporting

This e-commerce platform has sophisticated reporting tools to monitor sales trends and to see how the store is used. This is crucial because it allows the administrator of the online store to insist on products that are of particular interest. In case that a product has been seen but not bought by visitors and users, it means that it’s time to apply a discount or a promotion on that product. The reporting is quite easy and intuitive and it gives the possibility to keep all variables under control through the dashboard.

Display of product details

The display of the product has standard functionalities among e-commerce systems of last generation. It is possible to display more than one image for each product and have a zoom tool integrated to the picture of the product.

Display of the catalogue

There are different ways to navigate through the catalogue. In parallel with the standard navigation through categories and sub categories, we can also apply filters and advanced research (i.e. apply a filter either for prices or for type of product). We manage both the UpSell and the Cross Sell. With cross-selling we mean the sale of an item belonging to different kinds of product to the same client (i.e. a car with its insurance policy; cured meats and its matching wine; bottles of wine and corkscrews, etc.). Up-selling, instead, is the sale of big quantities of the same product to a single client.

Management of the catalogue

We have a powerful interface for managing the online store. It is possible to define customized sizes, colours and characteristics of each product. An interesting functionality is the one related to the customization of the product by the user. The catalogue is integrated with the management of the stocked material.
